Studio Gaudet lessons and original materials are independently created for Studio Gaudet. Studio Gaudet does not claim copyright in general teaching ideas, curriculum expectations, facts, educational concepts, third-party books, third-party programs or third-party trademarks.

Personal household use

Studio Gaudet curriculum and member resources are licensed for personal use by the purchasing or invited household.

Families may:

view Studio Gaudet lessons for their own household
print included printable resources for personal household use
save permitted downloads for their own household use

Please do not

Studio Gaudet materials may not be:

shared with people outside the purchasing or invited household
emailed or messaged to other families
uploaded to Facebook groups, social-media groups, Google Drive folders, Dropbox folders, shared drives, resource-sharing sites or similar repositories
copied and posted on another website
reproduced or distributed as another curriculum or resource
republished, resold or redistributed
used to create or sell substantially copied Studio Gaudet resources
used commercially without written permission

Accounts

Studio Gaudet account access is for the individual household associated with the account. Login credentials may not be shared with other households.

Schools, groups and organizations

A standard Studio Gaudet household membership does not automatically grant permission for classroom-wide, co-op, childcare, school, organizational or multi-family use.

If you are interested in using Studio Gaudet with a class, co-op, childcare program, organization or multiple families, please contact Studio Gaudet about appropriate use.

Third-party resources

Studio Gaudet may reference books, publishers, educational programs or other third-party resources for informational or teaching purposes. Unless explicitly stated, those references do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
